On-Demand Web Stores Featuring Custom Merchandise Let Any Business, Organization or Team Add New Revenues at Little or No Cost

Propell Corporation today announced the upcoming launch of PropellStores™, a new service that will allow any company, group or brand to instantly create an “on-demand” web store featuring custom merchandise and embed it in their web site.

As part of the announcement, Propell disclosed that it has signed up more than 10 partners in several categories, targeting online social communities, computer game, military and sports websites, as well as schools and nonprofits.

“Using our simple, self-service website, anyone with a logo, photo or other artwork can instantly design products and create a store,” said Ed Bernstein, Propell’s CEO. “Partners choose which products they want to sell, set the prices, and their store is complete. They can then easily – with just a single line of code – embed the store to their own website.”

To sign up, store owners simply visit www.propellstores.com, where they can choose from dozens of items, from T-shirts to posters and more, and then set up their store. Propell does all manufacturing and fulfillment, and then pays the profit to the store owner. With larger organizations that may have local websites or chapters, Propell shares revenue between the parent organization and the local group.

“We believe this opportunity to add incremental revenue to any website – at little or no cost – has substantial appeal, especially in a challenging economic climate where organizations have limited resources,” Bernstein said.

Propell says key targets for its service are nonprofits including schools and charitable organizations, as well as large and small businesses.

Unlike competing offerings, PropellStores™ appear to be a part of the store owner’s web site – rather than Propell’s, Bernstein said. “Our service is designed so that our partner’s store uses their branding, and is fully integrated with their web site.
