Fast Track Automation Promises 24 Hour Site Setup and Data Loading to Expedite Review Projects.

DENVER, Jan. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Catalyst Repository Systems, a leading provider of hosted document repositories for electronic discovery, regulatory compliance and due diligence, today announced that its Fast Track program has gone live for clients and distribution partners.

'Fast Track is our automated site setup and data loading system that helps get our clients up and running quickly for large-scale review projects,' stated John Tredennick, Catalyst's founder and CEO. 'In the past, using manual setup and loading techniques, it could take between three and five days for site setup and data loading. With Fast Track automation, we can setup a site in 24 hours and load and index data for review in another 24 hours.'

The Fast Track Program promises the following:

  • 24 Hour Site Setup for Fast Track sites. Includes 85 fields, three dynamic folder trees and two review forms. It also includes the 'Assigned Review' module.
  • 24 Hour Data Loading for Fast Track deliveries. Requires Conforming Load Files sent via FTP in a Microsoft Access MDB File Format along with a Zip File Containing the Associated Documents.
  • 48 Hour Site Setup and Data Loading for combined Fast Track site setup and data deliveries.

'This program represents an important step for our company,' said Melanie McHenry, Catalyst's Director of Project Management. 'Our clients always face tight deadlines and last-minute rushes. The quicker we can get a site setup and documents loaded, the better.'

Partners who took part in beta testing of the program over a three-month period saw data upload time in some cases go from days to hours, with fewer mistakes or problems coming from misunderstood instructions.

'Time is money, and the need to get our clients up and running quickly is critical to our business,' said Alon Israely, Esq., Senior Discovery Expert at BIA. 'With the Fast Track program, our clients are up and working faster than ever.'

Fast Track members use a standard site setup form or a custom template they work with Catalyst in advance to create. They then ship their data via FTP in a Microsoft Access MDB File Format along with a Zip File Containing the Associated Documents.

After receiving the data, load file validating begins immediately. If it passes the validation stage, the data moves onto the fast lane for loading and indexing. If the data does not validate, clients are notified immediately so they can correct the errors and resubmit.

Standard site setup forms include 85 fields, three dynamic folder trees (based on Custodian, Source and Review Status) and two review forms. It also includes the 'Assigned Review' module with customized workflow that automatically moves documents from one stage to the next, as well as metric reports to help monitor review progress.

Clients and Partners can also work with Catalyst to create their own Fast Track sites and data loading templates tailored to their own needs. These templates are kept on file for use when creating new sites.
