Jan. 8--LAS CRUCES -- Inspectors with the New Mexico Environment Department have downgraded a southern Dona Ana County restaurant.

Wednesday evening, state officials gave notice that Great American Pizza Works, 880 N. Anthony Dr. in Anthony, NM, was inspected and violations of the state Food Service and Food Processing Regulations were found. The findings led to a downgrade from "Approved" to "Unsatisfactory" status. The restaurant will be inspected after corrective measures are completed.
