Under this agreement GDHI will have the exclusive regional rights to distribute and wholesale Allozo wines and Casajuna 25-year-old and 100-year-old reserve Brandy thoughtout China, Hong Kong, Macao and South Korea. The Company is currently in talks with large scale wine and spirits distributors in these areas to wholesale these fine wines and spirits.
