DIVIDEND
The Board of Directors of AptarGroup, Inc. (NYSE:ATR) today declared a
quarterly cash dividend of $.15 per share. The payment date is February
19, 2009, to stockholders of record as of January 29, 2009.
FOURTH QUARTER CONFERENCE CALL
There will be a conference call on Friday, February 6, 2009 at 8:00 a.m.
CST to discuss AptarGroup’s fourth quarter and annual results for 2008.
AptarGroup plans to announce its fourth quarter and annual results on
Thursday, February 5, 2009 after the close of trading on the New York
Stock Exchange. The call will last approximately one hour and interested
parties are invited to listen to a live webcast by visiting the Investor

ANNUAL MEETING
The Board also announced that the 2009 Annual Meeting of Stockholders
will be held at the offices of Sidley Austin LLP, One South Dearborn
Street, Chicago, Illinois, on May 6, 2009, at 9:00 a.m. The record date
for stockholders entitled to vote at the meeting is March 5, 2009.
