NEW YORK, Jan. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- American Vanguard Corp. (NYSE: AVD) will replace ArthroCare Corp. (NASD: ARTC) in the S&P SmallCap 600 after the close of trading on Tuesday, January 20, 2009. Trading in ArthroCare is being suspended by NASDAQ because of the company's failure to comply with listing requirements.
