Mr. Miller is a principal and chief executive officer of Andrew Martin Company, a leading developer of contract packaging and sampling for pharmaceuticals and cosmetics. Its capabilities include:

--  manufacturing: in-house tube manufacturing for pouches, "pillow paks"
    (packs formed from thin wall medical grade PVC tubing and electronically
    sealed at intervals) and tubes;
--  printing: complete line of printing capabilities to create the
    packaging design of customers' choice; and
--  contract packaging: fully integrated manufacturing facilities.
    

The consulting agreement with Mr. Miller also includes a right of first refusal to Andrew Martin Company to provide design, packaging and fulfillment services for Proteoderm's products.
