A 20-year veteran in enterprise software and information technology markets, Mr True brings experience in sales, general management, and business development with high growth technology firms to Fortify's management team as the company continues its growth into 2009.

As COO, Mr True will oversee the growth of the company's global sales, services and channel organizations. He will also be responsible for expanding Fortify's network of integration, outsourcing and consulting partners, who deliver the company's software security assurance solutions to organizations worldwide.

Mr True most recently served as vice president of the Americas for Equallogic, prior to its $1.4 billion acquisition by Dell in 2008. Previously, he was executive vice president of world wide sales at Ariba. He has also held senior sales and management positions with Parametric Technology, and served as the CEO of mobile resource management firm, Agilis Systems.
