The power tools maker said declining sales and a stronger U.S. dollar are hurting earnings, and plans to cut 1,200 jobs.

The owner of the Jim Beam, Titleist and Moen brands lost $275.3 million in the fourth quarter on a strong dollar and a charge.
Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., down $1.60 at $7.46
The company said cruise bookings are stabilizing due to lower prices and gave a weaker-than-expected 2009 profit forecast.
