Titan Tire Corporation, a subsidiary of Titan International Inc.,
announces the promotion of Dave Fines to operations manager at the
company’s Des Moines, Iowa, location.
Fines will relocate from Titan’s Brownsville, Texas, facility, where he
served since 1998, most recently as operations manager. Fines has also
held positions at Titan as a supervisor and manufacturing manager. As
operations manager in Des Moines, Fines will be responsible for the
manufacturing, engineering and support activities within the facility.
Fines earned a bachelor’s degree from Drake University in Des Moines.

President Bill Campbell. “He is great to work with and brings with him a
great deal of experience earned in the tire business.”
