Ansys Named No. 1

Simulation software maker Ansys Inc. said Monday it was named No. 1 in the software and services sector of Oliver Wyman's Shareholder Performance Index, an international ranking of communications, media and technology firms. Ansys, whose products are used to design products ranging from aircraft to racing swimsuits, is headquartered in Cecil, Washington County.
