Feb. 23--More than 20 employers will be at the HIREvent job fair from noon to 4 p.m. Tuesday at the Lions Gate Garden Pavilion, 5640 Dudley Blvd., in McClellan Park.

Employers scheduled to be on site include PG&E, Wave Broadband, Wells Fargo, La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries, the International Academy of Design, ITT Technical Institute and representatives of colleges and the military.

Job seekers also can get information on education opportunities and advice on resume preparation.

Attendees should bring multiple copies of their resumes and be prepared for on-the-spot interviews. The job fair is free and open to the public.
