Diebold Recognized One of World's Top Outsourcing Company

International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) has recognized Ohio-based integrated self-service, security systems and services provider Diebold Incorporated as one of the world's top outsourcing company. This is the third consecutive year Diebold has received this recognition from the IAOP.
 
The designation is awarded to companies that define the standard of excellence for outsourcing within an industry. As a known leader in comprehensive, turnkey outsourcing solutions in the financial self-service industry, Diebold excelled in hardware, software, security products and services.
 
Companies earning the distinction of top outsourcing service provider from the IAOP are judged in four fundamental categories, including company size and growth, customer satisfaction, depth of competence and management capabilities.

In addition, the IAOP judges considered revenue, customer outcomes, relationship management approaches and management talent and experience.
