that its majority-owned subsidiary, Subaye.com, Inc., the enterprises video

entered into an agreement with Ctrip.com (Nasdaq: CTRP), a leading travel
service provider for hotel accommodations, airline tickets and packaged tours
in China
Under the agreement, Subaye will utilize the best of its pool of SMEs, in
conjunction with Ctrip.com's travel service. Ctrip will provide the technical
platform and promote Subaye's online video service to its hotels alliance.
