Feb. 26--ABU DHABI DEEPENS CRUDE SUPPLY CUTS TO ASIA: The UAE made further cuts to its crude oil supply to Asia in April, surprising traders and possibly signaling that the Opec could curb production further at its March meeting, reported Reuters. In a statement today, Abu Dhabi National Oil Co (ADNOC), the main supplier for the UAE, said it will supply its customers less of its flagship Murban crude and three other main grades in April than it did in March.
QATAR TO HOST ENERGY EVENT: Some 1,500 participants have already confirmed their participation at the upcoming seventh Doha Natural Gas Conference and Exhibition (DNGCE). The major energy event to be held from March 9 to 12 at the Sheraton Doha Hotel will bring together industry leaders to discuss global trends, technical developments, marketing and economics in the natural gas industry.
