Customers to Benefit from an Open Business Model
Cegedim Dendrite today announced the expansion of its Alliance Program
at the eyeforpharma Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Europe 2009
Conference. Embracing an Open Business Model, Cegedim Dendrite is
expanding formal partnerships with selected technology, software and
consulting companies in order to provide additional capabilities and
services to customers. Cegedim Dendrite is the leading provider of
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions to the pharmaceutical
industry.
Pharmaceutical and life science companies are looking for solutions that
will facilitate incremental growth, increased productivity and
effectiveness. Cegedim Dendrite meets this need by providing tools that
are optimally adapted to address the complex problems of the medical
information business. With the Open Model, industry leading solutions
are now enhanced by strategic alliances which will ensure the
availability of complementary products and services aimed at delivering
total customer satisfaction.
“An Open Business Model – particularly partnerships with other industry
leaders – fosters innovation and improved customer satisfaction,” stated
Laurent Labrune, Chief Executive Officer at Cegedim Dendrite. “We will
be building strong partnerships with other best-of-breed companies that
have offerings that complement our products and services, in order to
give our customers a technological edge in a very competitive market.”
The Alliance Program will accommodate three different types of
businesses. Technology Partners are companies that offer technology and
platform solutions that support and enhance the performance of Cegedim
Dendrite business applications. Software Partners are companies with
software products that complement Cegedim Dendrite’s applications.
Consulting Partners provide a range of services associated with the
optimal use of Cegedim Dendrite products and services.
“We are very excited about partnering with Cegedim Dendrite due to their
leadership and innovation as a partner to the pharmaceutical and life
science industry,” said Pierre Germain, Associate Director, Life
Sciences for Capgemini. “We are confident that break-through solutions
will be delivered to the market through the collaboration of the two
companies.
