Electronic control devices manufacturer TASER International has said that the plaintiffs in the in-custody death lawsuit entitled Wilson, et al. v. TASER International, et al. which was filed in the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina, Charleston Division, filed a stipulated dismissal without prejudice dismissing TASER International from this lawsuit.
A dismissal without prejudice allows plaintiffs to re-file this lawsuit within one year.
