TORONTO, March 6 /CNW/ - DELISTING REVIEW - Magna Entertainment Corp.
(the "Company") - Further to TSX bulletin No.2009-0279 dated March 3, 2009,
the Class A Subordinate Voting Shares of the Company (the "Shares") (Symbol:
MEC.A) have been suspended from trading effective immediately. The Shares will
be delisted at the close of market on April 1, 2009 for failure to meet the
continued listing requirements of TSX.
