Pennsylvania-based water purifier and distributor The York Water Company has reported operating revenues of $8.9 million for the fourth quarter of 2008 compared to operating revenues of $7.8 million for the same period of 2007.

The company’s net Income was $1.96 million, or $0.18 basic earnings per share for fourth quarter of 2008 compared to net income of $1.67 million or $0.15 basic earnings per share for the same period of 2007.

The company has posted operating revenues of $32.83 million for the full year 2008 compared to operating revenues of $31.43 million for full year 2007. Net Income was $6.4 million, or $0.57 basic earnings per share for full year 2008 compared to net income of $6.14 million or $0.57 basic earnings per share for the full year 2007.
