Both Messrs. Liu and Guo stated that the decision to resign as directors of the Company was a difficult one and was the result of increased demands from their other business commitments. Both Messrs. Liu and Guo also stressed that their resignations in no way suggest any loss of confidence in Welichem. They are proud of the extraordinary progress made by the Company during their tenure as directors.
