Michigan-based real estate investment trust Sun Communities has reported that its total revenues increased 8.1% to $255 million for the full year 2008, compared to $236 million for the same period of 2007.
The company’s net loss for the full year 2008 was $34.5 million, or $1.90 per diluted common share compared to net loss of $16.6 million, or $0.93 per diluted common share, for the full year 2007.
For the fourth quarter of 2008, the company posted total revenues increased 6.6% to $63.2 million, compared to $59.3 million for the same period of 2007.
The company's net loss for the fourth quarter of 2008 was $18.5 million, or $1.01 per diluted common share compared to net loss of $10.2 million, or $0.57 per diluted common share for the same period of 2007.
