will hold its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on June 18, 2009 at 9:00am
Mountain time, at the Marriott Denver West in Lakewood, Colorado.
Stockholders of record at the close of business on Wednesday, April 22,
2009 (the “Record Date”) are entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting.
General Moly anticipates mailing in early May a proxy statement and
related materials to stockholders of record on the Record Date, which
