All Asia Licensing (AASI) has announced that it has completed all
necessary filings and has incorporated the new Joint-Venture company
between AASI and Beijing Xinxinshengda Biology Engineering Technology
Co. Ltd (BBET), the new company is called Fertilizer King Corporation
Limited.,www.fertilizerking.com.
This new company was incorporated on January 14, 2009 in the
jurisdiction of Hong Kong, Special Administrative Region of the People’s
Republic of China.
Fertilizer King Corporation Limited’s management team and Board of
Directors will be comprised of members from both AASI and BBET’s
existing team with Anthony Lee taking on the role of CEO and President
while Dr. Ma Lintao will assume the role of Chairman of the Board of
Directors and Chief Scientific Officer.
All nine Patents have been assigned to Fertilizer King Corporation
Limited, immediate plans to form a wholly owned subsidiary (WOFE) named
Fertilizer King China with headquarters in Beijing, China are currently
underway and are expected to be completed shortly.
