Indiana-based insurance services provider Conseco has reported total revenues of $1,045.6 million for the fourth quarter of 2008, compared to total revenues of $1,006.7 million for the same period of 2007.

The company’s net loss was $451.8 million or $2.45 per common share for the fourth quarter 2008, compared to a net loss of $71.5 million, or $0.38 per common share for the same period of 2007.

The company posted total revenues of $4,189.7 million for the full year 2008, compared to total revenues of $4,131.3 million for the full year 2007.

The company’s net loss was $1,126.7 million or $6.10 per common share for the full year 2008, compared to net loss of $194 million or $1.12 per common share for the full year 2007.
