LUFKIN, Texas, April 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Lufkin Industries, Inc. (Nasdaq: LUFK) today announced that it will release its first quarter 2009 financial results before the market opens on Wednesday, April 15. In conjunction with the release, Lufkin has scheduled a conference call that will be broadcast live over the Internet the same day starting at 10 a.m. Eastern Time (9 a.m. Central).
