previously-announced sale of Motorola's biometric business unit, including
the Printrak trademark, to SAFRAN through its wholly owned subsidiary, Sagem
Securite.
SAFRAN, with approximately $15 billion in revenue in 2008, is an
international high-technology group. SAFRAN has been operating in the U.S.
for 30 years and is a world leader in a number of industrial segments,
including aircraft engines through the 35-year CFM International Joint
Venture with General Electric Company, and also supplies aircraft components
used on many U.S. military platforms as well as civil aviation customers. Its
largest U.S. customer is Boeing and it has significant relationships with
