ICF Information Technology, a subsidiary of ICF International, has won a three-year and $9.3 million recompete contract from the Defense Contract Management Agency to provide software support services to the agency's Information Technology Customer Service Organization and the eTools program.
eTools is Defense Contract Management Agency's (DCMA) web-based suite of mission-oriented applications that is used by DCMA customers and industry trading partners to perform acquisition services. eTools also provides DCMA customers with applications for managing workloads and administering contracts.
Under the contract, ICF is providing project management and technology services through trained staff who understand DCMA's mission and how the agency's business requirements can be met through useful technology tools. Tasks include software and database development and maintenance, business intelligence reporting, technology training, and service-oriented architecture.
Ellen Glover, executive vice president of technology and management solutions at ICF, said: "ICF has a long standing history with DCMA and we are excited to have the opportunity to continue to serve them for three more years. Our knowledge of DCMA processes translates into better integration of technology solutions and better results for the agency's customers."
