Ceragenix Enters into Second Exclusive Option to License Agreement for Antimicrobial Medical Device

(Source: Business Wire)trackingCeragenix Pharmaceuticals, Inc.("Ceragenix") (OTCBB:CGXP), a medical device company focused on infectious disease and dermatology, today announced that it has entered into an exclusive evaluation and option to license agreement (the "Agreement") with a global, multi-billion dollar healthcare company covering the use of the Company's Cerashield antimicrobial technology for a specific medical device associated with a high incidence of hospital acquired infections. For competitive reasons, neither the name of the company nor the precise area of interest is being publicly disclosed. Under the terms of the Agreement, the company will have an exclusive period to evaluate, negotiate commercialization terms and license the specified product application for a period of up to seven months. This is the second such agreement entered into by Ceragenix for a medical device application of its CeraShield antimicrobialtechnology.
