Integral Systems, a provider of satellite command and control solutions, has appointed Bruce Lev to its board of directors.
Mr Lev is a managing director of investment firm Loeb Partners, a US-based investment firm, a position he has held since 2003. Prior to this, he served as vice chairman and director of USCO Logistics, a service provider of supply chain management.
From 1995 through 2000, Mr Lev served as executive vice president of corporate and legal affairs of Micro Warehouse, a direct marketer of brand name personal computers and accessories to commercial and consumer markets.
John Higginbotham, CEO of Integral Systems, said: "We look forward to having Mr Lev's depth of knowledge and experience on the board. His extensive background in the technology marketplace will be valuable to Integral Systems's future growth strategy."
