Baxter International Inc. (NYSE: BAX) today released its 2008
Sustainability Report – Our People and Our Products Make Our World a
Better Place, which marks the 10th year the company has
released a sustainability report about its social, economic and
environmental performance. The report features the company’s commitment
to addressing global sustainability challenges through a range of
initiatives, with an emphasis on the progress the company has made
toward its sustainability priorities and goals.

activities, whether it’s corporate giving, expanding access to
healthcare, reducing our environmental impact or other areas,” said
Robert L. Parkinson, Jr., Baxter’s chairman and chief executive officer.
