New suite of transactional services extends AMICAS' revenue cycle management offerings

(Nasdaq: AMCS), a leader in image and information management solutions, today launched AMICAS(R) Patient Services(TM) and AMICAS Payer Services(TM), a suite of transactional services designed to dramatically reduce the time it takes for providers to convert receivables into cash while reducing their total cost of operations. AMICAS will be showcasing its image and information management solutions at the RBMA Annual Radiology Summit in Orlando, FL, from June 7 to 10. AMICAS will be in booth #301.

AMICAS Payer Services provides insurance eligibility and claims and coding compliance management services, which results in a reduction of claim denials, increased collections, and more efficient cash flows. AMICAS Patient Services automates patient collections with print and mail services for communicating with patients, online statement review, return mail automation, and an online payment portal, powered by InstaMed, for use by patients and practices.
