Alphatec Spine to Present at the Eighth Annual JMP Securities Research Conference

Alphatec Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq:ATEC), the parent company of Alphatec Spine, Inc., a medical device company that designs, develops, manufactures and markets products for the surgical treatment of spine disorders, with a focus on treating conditions related to the aging spine, today announced it will present at the Eighth Annual JMP Securities Research Conference on Monday, May 18, 2009 at 4:30 p.m. Pacific Time at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, San Francisco, California.

During such presentation, Dirk Kuyper, Alphatec Spine’s President and Chief Executive Officer, will provide a corporate overview of the Company. An archived edition of the presentation will be available later that day and will be available for at least 30 days afterwards.
