Addition of Industry Leader in Internet Communications

that it has entered into a technology agreement with Logitech, a world
leader in personal peripherals, driving innovation in PC navigation,
Internet communications, digital music, home-entertainment control,
gaming and wireless devices. Following deals last year with IBM and
LifeSize Communications, the current agreement provides for Avistar’s
award-winning technology to be integrated into Logitech’s video
communications services while extending Avistar intellectual property
licensing to Logitech.
