Rational Insight. Rational Insight is designed to enable performance

Working with IBM through the Ready for IBM Rational software validation
program, CAST will amplify the power of IBM Rational Insight by adding a
4th measurable objective – application software technical
quality – to the three traditional objectives of IT management –
cost, schedule, and scope.

platform for software delivery that provides Enterprise Reporting with
data from many Rational products to create and deliver business value.
