DCT Industrial Trust(R) Leases 158,000 Square Feet in Minneapolis

DENVER, April 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- DCT Industrial Trust(R) (NYSE: DCT), a leading industrial real estate investment trust, today announced that it has leased 158,000 square feet in Southwest Minneapolis to COKeM International, Ltd., a video game distributor.

'Growth in our national video game distribution business required us to expand our distribution hub, and DCT was able to accommodate all of our needs,' commented Joe Rehak, COKeM International's Vice President of Operations. 'We look forward to maintaining our high level of customer service from our new distribution headquarters.'
