completion of its previously reported public offering of 5,750,000
shares of common stock. The Company received net proceeds, after
underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated expenses, of
approximately $38.0 million.
Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. acted as the sole book-runner for the offering
and Morgan Joseph & Co. Inc. acted as co-manager.
