that Barry L. Pennypacker, President and Chief Executive Officer, and the
Company's Executive Team will ring the closing bell at the New York Stock
Exchange on May 12, 2009 to commemorate the Company's 150th year of
innovation and 15th anniversary of its spin-off and again becoming a
publicly traded company. In tradition with the exchange's daily closing,
the bell ringing will occur at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time, and will be webcast
via the internet on the homepage of www.nyse.com.
