Under the extended warranty program, customers worldwide who purchased the popular SANnet II products from Dot Hill, or from authorized OEMs and resellers, may contract with Dot Hill for warranty coverage into the future.

The program assists customers in controlling costs and keeping SANnet storage systems in top working order - through phone support, and updates to firmware and software, as well as advanced deployment of replacement hardware and field replaceable units. Battery replacement is also included upon automatic notification that battery service life is ending.
