Company Marks 237th Consecutive Quarterly Cash Dividend to Harsco Stockholders; Dividends Paid Every Year Since 1939

HARRISBURG, Pa., June 16, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Harsco Corporation (NYSE:HSC) today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share, or $0.80 per share on an annualized basis, payable August 14, 2009 to stockholders of record as of July 15, 2009.

The dividend marks the Company's 237th consecutive quarterly cash dividend to stockholders. Harsco has paid dividends every year since 1939.
