MILWAUKEE, May 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Directors of Johnson Controls, Inc. (JCI) have authorized a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per common share. The dividend is payable July 2, 2009 to shareholders of record June 12, 2009.
