GLENWOOD, Ill., May 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Landauer, Inc. (NYSE: LDR) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.525 per share for the third quarter of fiscal 2009. The dividend will be paid on July 2, 2009, to shareholders of record on June 12, 2009.
