McDermott International, Inc. (“McDermott” or the “Company”) (NYSE:MDR) announced today that members of its senior management, including John A. Fees, Chief Executive Officer, and Michael S. Taff, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, are scheduled to participate at three upcoming investor conferences in New York City.

On Wednesday, June 3, 2009, the Company will participate at the Lazard Capital Markets Alternative Energy Investor Summit. During the Investor Summit, Mr. Fees will participate in a panel titled "Traditional Generation Solutions in a Carbon-Constrained Environment" beginning at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

Mr. Fees is also a scheduled presenter at the Credit Suisse 2009 Engineering & Construction Services Conference on Thursday, June 4, 2009 at 9:50 a.m. Eastern Time.

Lastly, Mr. Fees will also present at the Macquarie Global Infrastructure Conference on Friday, June 5, 2009 at 1:20 p.m. Eastern Time.
