McCormick & Schmick's Seafood Restaurants, Inc. (Nasdaq: MSSR) today announced that the Company has commenced a search for a candidate to fill the position of Chief Financial Officer. Effective May 21, 2009, Emanuel N. Hilario ceased to be employed by the Company. Mr. Hilario was previously employed as Chief Financial Officer.
