LEWISVILLE, Texas, June 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Parago, a leader in providing rewards-based incentive programs to many Fortune 500 companies, today announced that it has been hired by NETGEAR to design and execute an innovative channel incentive program including online claims management and reloadable prepaid card reward issuance.
NETGEAR was looking for a unique incentives provider whose platform could assist in driving new product sales through their national PowerShift(TM) Partner Network of Value Added Resellers. While NETGEAR had utilized a version of the FastCash incentive program as a key enabler to the success of the PowerShift brand, the existing program had some deficiencies that did not provide the level of interactivity with participants to drive the engagement and desired results of the program.
'By teaming with Parago in the re-launch of the FastCash program, our PowerShift partners will now be able to process their sales claims more efficiently while being able to keep track of their earnings in a more-user friendly environment,' said John Grady, Director, SMB Marketing & Channel Development of NETGEAR. 'Parago's program innovations allow NETGEAR the ability to interact with our PowerShift Partner Network more dynamically, enabling a more loyal relationship.'
The Parago incentives program for NETGEAR will launch July 1, 2009. Parago's new and improved version of the program will give current and future FastCash participants the ability to submit their claims via an interactive and engaging online portal. The new online portal will also give participants access to their prepaid card balance and associated transactions, and will allow them to receive their rewards in a timelier manner while giving them direct insight into their complete program participation success.
'We are proud to be retained by NETGEAR in the re-launch of the FastCash channel incentive program,' said Juli Spottiswood, Parago President and Chief Executive Officer. 'This launch is the first step in our relationship with NETGEAR towards delivering increased participant value while allowing NETGEAR to enhance their channel partner relationships.'
This year Parago will be responsible for managing close to $2 billion in incentive rewards on behalf of its Fortune 500 client base of customers, their sales associates and channel partners.
