Kinerk as Senior Vice President – Sales and Customer Development and Jonathan D. Borman as Vice President – Strategic Sourcing.

Jeffrey M. Stamps, age 49, has 25 years of experience in the institutional pharmacy industry and most recently served as a corporate Vice President and Senior Vice President – Field Operations of the Company’s Pharmacy Operations Group, a position he has held since February 2007. From August 2005 – February 2007, he was a corporate Vice President and Senior Vice President of the Central Division of the Pharmacy Operations Group. Mr. Stamps joined Omnicare in 1990 with the acquisition of Beeber Pharmacies. Inc. and has since held progressively higher-level positions including Regional Vice President and Senior Regional Vice President in the Company’s Pharmacy Operations Group. Mr. Stamps graduated magna cum laude from the University of Cincinnati with a B.S. in Pharmacy. Mr. Stamps is responsible for Omnicare’s institutional pharmacy operations across the United States and in Canada.

Beth A. Kinerk, age 40, most recently served as Vice President – Customer Development, a position she has held since August 2006. She assumed additional responsibility for the Company’s sales efforts in May 2007. Ms. Kinerk has more than 18 years of pharmacy and healthcare/sales management experience. She joined Omnicare in 2005 with its acquisition of NeighborCare, Inc. where she served as Vice President of Sales. Prior to joining NeighborCare, Ms. Kinerk served as a Director of Sales for Innovatix, a national group purchasing organization for healthcare providers, from 2001 to 2004. From 1998 to 2001, she served as Eastern Divisional Sales Manager and National Accounts Manager for NCS Healthcare, Inc. Ms. Kinerk holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts and Science from Michigan State University. Ms. Kinerk is responsible for national sales and customer development efforts in Omnicare’s institutional pharmacy business.

Jonathan D. Borman, age 39, most recently served as Vice President – Strategic Sourcing of the Company’s Pharmacy Operations Group, a position he has held since joining Omnicare in August 2007. Prior to joining Omnicare, Borman spent 15 years at the General Electric Company in its Aircraft Engines and Engine Services Divisions where he held positions of increasing responsibility in its procurement and indirect sourcing organization. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and B.B.A. in Business Administration/Industrial Management (magna cum laude) from the University of Cincinnati. Mr. Borman is responsible for the procurement on behalf of the Company of non-pharmaceutical products and services used in its business.
