AMEX to Trade Options on Three Securities

NEW YORK, June 28 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) will launch trading in options on Tuesday, June 29, 2005 on the following Nasdaq Stock Market and New York Stock Exchange listed stocks of:

     * aQuantive, Inc. (Option Symbol: QBT/Stock Symbol: AQNT)
     * Tenaris S.A (Symbol: TS)
     * TurboChef Technologies, Inc. (Option Symbol: TCF/Stock Symbol: OVEN)

aQuantive, Inc. options will open with position limits of 25,000,000 shares. The options will trade on the March expiration cycle. The specialist will be Charlton Specialist Partners, LLC. aQuantive, Inc. is a digital marketing services and technology company that helps marketers acquire, retain and grow customers across all digital media. The Company also equips advertising agencies and media groups with the tools needed to deliver effective digital marketing campaigns.

Tenaris S.A options will open with position limits of 7,500,000 shares. The options will trade on the March expiration cycle. The specialist will be LaBranche Structured Products, LLC.
