RDS.A) (NYSE: RDS.B) (the 'Company') received notice on 20th May 2009 from
Lord Kerr, a Non-executive Director of the Company, that on 20th May 2009 he
purchased 4,000 Royal Dutch Shell B shares of Euro 0.07 each at a price of
GBP16.72 per share. His total current holding is now 14,000 Royal Dutch Shell
plc B shares.
