Thomas D. Christopoul was named President and CEO in June 2008. For the past three years, Tom has served on the Resources Board of Directors previously serving as Chairperson of the Corporate Governance, Nominating and Compensation Committee and member of the Audit Committee. He brings more than 20 years of executive management experience with international public and private growth companies to his new role, where he works closely with the Company's senior management team and investor community.
Tom was most recently President of Somerset Shore Associates, Inc. He previously served as Chairman and CEO of the Marketing Services Division of Cendant Corporation, where he worked for more than 10 years.
