Rayonier (NYSE:RYN) hosted its Annual Meeting of Shareholders today at
4:00 p.m. in Jacksonville, Florida.
At the meeting, the following Directors were re-elected to the Board for
three-year terms, expiring in 2012:
- Richard D. Kincaid
- V. Larkin Martin
- Ronald Townsend
In addition, the following Directors, who had been previously appointed
to the Board, were elected to the Board for terms as indicated:
- Governor John E. Bush, term expiring 2010
- David W. Oskin, term expiring 2011
The company also reported that Deloitte & Touche LLP was re-appointed as
the company’s independent registered public accounting firm. Deloitte &
Touche has served in this capacity since 2002.
