CLEVELAND, April 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The board of directors of The Sherwin-Williams Company (NYSE: SHW) today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.355 per common share, payable on June 5, 2009 to shareholders of record on May 15, 2009.
